Well im now back from Majorca, ill have a blog ready for my feedback in a couple of days, but I managed to coble this together while stationary in an aircraft. Hope it makes sense.

In the past few months I have been trying my best to loose some weight, I've done pretty well really, I said to myself that one of my new years resolutions would be to loose at least 5 stone before the end of the year.

It is now the begging of April and I have lost exactly 2 stone so far, in January I weighed 256 pounds which is about 8 stone which is quite a lot. Since I'm only 5.10 ft my BMI results was way above 35, nearly 40 infact. My ideal weight at my age would be around 12 stone, which is hopefully what I will weight before I'm 20.

Before I started dieting my food diet wasn't too bad, apart from the odd cravings. The following is more or lewd my old daily diet.

Monday to Friday

Breakfast
Special k or shreddies

Dinner
A sandwich from boots which would have no less than 500 cal in it, then a chocolate brownie which would have about 200 calories then an lucasade orange sport

Tea
Mostly a meal every day, can be different ones but they wouldn't always be the healthiest.

Salad from boots, under 300 cal sometimes I get under 100 cal and low fat salads, these are quite nice and they come with the £3 meal deal, pinapple, water.

Healthy cooked evening meal or cereal depending on how hungry I feel.

I then eat what I like on a weekend but I try my best to keep it down to one takeaway a week.

Changing to this diet helped my loose 2 stone in 3 months and hopefully a few more by the end of the year, if you feel like you need to loose weight then this would be a great diet or you. Another tip, the atkins diet is very mug like this diet bit this is my own diet, the most food I avoid is bread, cheese and chocolate. Keep these out of your diet and you will almost certainly loose a little bit of weight. Give it a go.
